What is a Resolve or Affirmation?
When we are trying to overcome a pattern, addiction or have a certain goal we want to achieve in our lives, we need to choose a resolve or affirmation that reflects that choice accurately. Choosing your resolve or affirmation should feel organic and natural. Choose a short clear statement in affirmative in language that resonates with you. If you want to stop smoking or you are suffering from a dis-ease you would like to heal, choose an affirmation that encompasses health, for example:“I am fullest expression of radiant health”
