Restorative Yoga

The most effective way to move deeper into any yoga posture or life situation is to relax into it. When we fight against anything we actually resist that which we are trying to achieve. In this class we spend a little more time in each pose and allow the layers of the body to open as we move through reclined and supported postures. Emphasis will be placed on learning to let go of physical and mental tension and the art of deep relaxation.
