About Jennifer Golding

“ I have been practicing yoga for a number of years now and have come to understand that the only thing that is constant is the fact everything is forever and always changing. Yoga does not eradicate the things we don’t like from our lives. It gives us the opportunity to stay present with what is really happening so that we can extrapolate more joy from our intimate experiences. It gives us the freedom to respond with grace and kindness, allowing us to attract more love and peace into our lives and lives of the people we touch.”
Jennifer completed her formal yoga training at the Salt Spring Center of Yoga on Salt Spring Island BC. She is currently enrolled in a three year teacher training program with Orit Sen Gupta in Switzerland continuing her studies in the intuitive practice of Vijnana Yoga and understanding movement through the concept of Tensegrity (tension integrity) in the body.
